New Chat System
While Atlas Chat is a nice looking and feature rich chat system, it is unoptimised and one of the causes of
lag on the server, therefore we are looking at replacing it with SCB Chat, which is a more optimised and
lightweight
chatsystem,
which will still give most of the features we know and love from AltasChat.

Removing TFA
We have been talking about removing TFA for year at this point, however we have found some SW ARCCW weapons
which will provide a more optimised weapon base and weapons themself which still has most of features we need.
While we have found SW ARCCW weapons there is still a significant amount of devevlopment work required to get
all the weapons/stats we need moved from TFA to ARCCW, and to further optimise the weapons and base.

ArcCW V2
Updating a large amount of our ArcCW weapons to use custom world/view models and not world/view elements.
This will reduce the amount of rendering the server needs to do and improve performance further. This change
will slightly increase the file size but it is worth it for the performance boost.

Code Optimisations
Following recent performance profiler runs on the main server we have identified a number of functions/hooks
that are causing more lag than others. While some we can remove others are more important for the server and
therefore we will be taking steps to add simple optimisations to these functions/hooks

Helix Rework
Re-working the server using the Helix Framework replacing our old DarkRP gamemode, giving the server a lighter
and more customisable gamemode.
